Release Gold

Your gold is pledged. We help you get it back.

If ornaments are locked in a gold loan you no longer want to service, we can settle the loan with the lender and release the gold on your behalf — clearly, legally and confidentially.

What “Release Gold” actually means

When you take a gold loan, your ornaments sit in the lender's vault as security. They are only returned once the principal and accrued interest are paid in full. If interest has piled up, or the auction notice has arrived, many families simply cannot raise the settlement amount in time.

We step in and pay the lender directly. Your loan is closed, your ornaments come out of the vault, and only then do you decide what happens next — keep the gold by repaying us the settled amount plus agreed charges, or sell it to us at that day's rate and take the difference in cash.

Nothing is bought, sold or moved without your signature and your presence at collection.

Confidential and safe

  • Your loan details are never shared outside our release desk.
  • Settlement is paid to the lender's account, never in cash to a middleman.
  • You are present when the gold leaves the vault.
  • Every step is documented and receipted in your name.
  • You may walk away at any point before settlement, at no cost.

The process

Four steps, fully documented

  1. 01

    Share your loan details

Tell us the lender, the approximate outstanding amount and the pledged items. A loan receipt or account number speeds things up.

  2. 02

    We verify with the lender

We confirm the exact settlement figure, including accrued interest and charges, directly with the bank or NBFC — with your written authorisation.

  3. 03

    We settle the amount

Payment is made straight to the lender's account, never in cash to an intermediary, and you receive the settlement acknowledgement.

  4. 04

    Gold is released and valued

Your ornaments are collected with you present. You then buy them back at the settled value plus agreed charges, or sell to us at the day's rate.

Release inquiry

By submitting you agree to be contacted about this inquiry. We never share your loan details with third parties.
