What Happens to Your Items?
Once payment is confirmed, the items formally transfer to us. If melting is required (for items that need it to realise their metal value), a ₹100 flat melting charge applies and is disclosed upfront — this is the only additional cost you may encounter.
You will receive a receipt confirming the weight, purity, rate, service charge, and final payout amount for your records.
Typical Visit Time
For a standard item (e.g. a gold chain or a set of bangles), the entire process — from walking in to payment confirmed — takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Multiple items take slightly longer as each is evaluated individually.
